Founder and strategic brain, Jay is happy when he gets to draw on the white-board or present in front of an audience. He lived everywhere, did everything and speaks all languages. But he can’t sing.

Production-tiger. Planning-wizard. Creative-structuralist. Marlies gets things done. On time. All i’s dotted. She has a publicly known addiction to festivals… and glitter.
Iraas
Process
Industrial designer and process manager, Iraas makes stuff… happen. In her ‘free time’ she organizes dance-events, theatre productions and festivals. Her alter-ego is DJ Raas.
Valentine
Communications
Artist by night – project and PR manager by day, Valentine knows how to get things buzzing. If you get her voicemail, she is probably road tripping, cuddling farm animals or dancing Reggaeton, Latina style.
Archana
Project assistant
Social worker and life of the party, Archana is a real chatterbox. She started out with us as an intern and is now part of the JCP family, assisting on various projects. You have never met anyone as picky with food as she is.
Kenny
Film
Self-made and self-thought filmmaker and photographer, Kenny (a.k.a. Jareth Sky) lives behind the camera, every day, the whole day. Before growing his hipster beard he was a real-life guitar hero.
Halima
Intern
Our intern Halima is specializing in Strategic Consultancy for her BA in Business Economics. She is a genius in finance and a great R&B dancer. But hush-hush, she does not want anyone to know.
